ABOUT ACP

Under the Rajasthan Computer State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1992, Analyst-cum-Programmer (Deputy Director) is recruited for the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT & C) , Government of Rajasthan.

PAY SCALE

PROGRAMMER Pay Scale is Pay Matrix Level-16 (Grade-Pay : 6600) / Pay Band (15600-39100) Fixed. Monthly fixed Remuneration during the probation period will be payable as per the order of the State Government.

प्रोग्रामर की पे स्केल पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल -16 (ग्रेड-पे: 6600) / पे बैंड (15600-39100) फिक्स्ड। परिवीक्षा अवधि के दौरान राज्य सरकार के आदेशानुसार मासिक निश्चित पारिश्रमिक देय होगा।

ELIGIBILITY & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  1. M.C.A. or B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronics and Communication From a Recognized University established by law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government.
    OR
    M.Tech. degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronics and Communicatioin from a recognized University established by law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government.
    OR
    M.B.A. (IT) from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government.
    AND
    THREE YEARS Post Qualification Relevant Work Experience in Legal Entity such as Government Organisations / Government Undertakings / Public Limited / Private Limited Companies etc.
  2. Knowledge of Working in Hindi Written in Devanagari Script and Knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Note:

For the post of Analyst-cum-Programmer (Deputy Director), the candidate must have acquired the prescribed experience by the last date of receipt of the application form after acquiring the requisite educational qualification, otherwise ineligible.

एनालिस्ट-कम-प्रोग्रामर (उप निदेशक) पद हेतु प्राथी को अपेक्षित शैक्षणिक अर्हता प्राप्त करने के पश्चात निर्धारित अनुभव आवेदन पत्र प्राप्ति की अंतिम दिनांक तक प्राप्त होना आवश्यक है, अन्यथा अपात्र।

AGE / आयु

The applicant must have attained the minimum age of 21 Years and must not have attained the age of 40 Years. Relaxation in upper age limit in other special categories will be admissible as follows:

  • Relaxation of 5 Years will be given in case of Female candidates of General Category.
  • Relaxation of 5 Years will be given in case of Male candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC/ SBC/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), who are Permanent Residents of Rajasthan.
  • Relaxation of 10 Years will be given in case of SC/ ST/ OBC/ SBC/ Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Female Candidates who are Permanent Residents of Rajasthan.

आवेदक न्यूनतम आयु 21 वर्ष प्राप्त कर चुका हो तथा 40 वर्ष का नहीं हुआ हो, उच्चतम आयु सीमा में अन्य विशेष श्रेणियों में छूट निम्न प्रकार देय होगी :

  • सामान्य वर्ग की महिला अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 5 वर्ष की छूट दी जायेगी।
  • अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / अति पिछड़ा वर्ग / आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को जो राजस्थान के स्थाई निवासी है , के मामले में 5 वर्ष की छूट दी जायेगी।
  • अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / अति पिछड़ा वर्ग / आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग की महिला अभ्यर्थियों को जो राजस्थान के स्थाई निवासी है , के मामले में 10 वर्ष की छूट दी जायेगी।

PHYSICAL STANDARD / स्वास्थ्य

Candidate must be physically and mentally fit and healthy for the post of Senior Computer Instructor and Basic Computer Instructor. Candidate must be free from any of the physical or mental disease that could harm his / her performance.

CHARACTER JUSTIFICATION / चरित्र

Candidates have to submit a copy of character certificate from the school or college which he / she has recently passed. Also, a certificate signed from two such persons assuring the character of the Candidate but that should not be signed more than 6 months before.

ACP SYLLABUS & EXAM PATTERN

ACP EXAM PATTERN

The examination shall carry 200 Marks. There will be TWO PAPERS. Paper-I shall be of 100 Marks (100 Questions / 02:00 Hours) and Paper-II shall be of 100 Marks (100 Questions / 02:00 Hours).

परीक्षा 200 अंकों की होगी। दो पेपर होंगे। पेपर-I 100 मार्क्स (100 प्रश्न / 02:00 घण्टे) का होगा और पेपर-II 100 मार्क्स (100 प्रश्न / 02:00 घण्टे) का होगा।

Negative Marking shall be applicable in the both the papers (Paper-I and Paper-II). For every WRONG ANSWER (Wrong answer shall mean an incorrect answer out of Multiple Choices given for a Question) ONE THIRD (1/3) of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.

दोनों पेपर (पेपर- I और पेपर- II) में नेगेटिव मार्किंग लागू होगी। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए (गलत उत्तर का अर्थ प्रश्न के लिए दिए गए कई विकल्पों में से गलत उत्तर होगा) उस विशेष प्रश्न के लिए निर्धारित अंकों में से एक तिहाई (1/3) अंक काटे जाएंगे।

MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS

CANDIDATES WHO OBTAIN A MINIMUM OF 40% MARKS IN THE AGGREAGATE FOR THE WRITTIEN EXAMINATION SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE OBTAINED QUALIFYING MARKS AT THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION, BUT THE MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS IN THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR THE CANDIDATES BELONGING TO SCHEDULED CASTES (SC) / SCHEDULED TRIBES (ST), SHALL BE 36%. THE COMMISSION/APPOINTING AUTHORITY MAY IN THEIR/ITS DISCRETION AWARD GRACE MARKS UPTO THREE IN THE AGGREGATE.

The standard of the paper will be that of a DEGREE EXAMINATION of a University established by law in India. A brief outline of the scope of each paper is given in this Schedule for general guidance of candidates but is not intended to be exhaustive.All papers unless specifically required, shall be answered either in English or in Hindi, but no candidate shall be permitted to answer any one paper partly in Hindi or partly in English unless specifically allowed to do so.If a candidate's hand-writing is not easily legible, a deduction will be made on this account from the total marks otherwise accruing to him.Questions of question paper of examination may be of multiple choice type or descriptive type or both types.Credit will be given for orderly, effective and exact expression combined with due economy of words in all descriptive questions of the examination paper(s).
